HR & production managers · Plants and warehouses

You’re posting the same job for the 6th time this year. The résumé taught you nothing the first 5.

For a labourer, a general worker or a picker, a résumé is a self-declared sheet of paper that answers none of your real questions: will they show up? On time? Will they follow a simple instruction? Djob-Index answers all three, in one second, before you commit. End the revolving door.

Limited pilot spots. No commitment — one email to offer you priority access and a launch rate.

The revolving door

28% turnover in manufacturing. You’re not filling positions — you’re filling a leaky bucket, and every leak costs a no-show, a stopped line, a wasted training.

$437–664K

The annual turnover bill for a 200-employee plant: 56 departures, 56 postings, 56 trainings redone, overtime to plug the gaps.

42%

Avoidable departures. You would have seen them coming — if you’d had anything more than a résumé and a 15-minute interview to judge.

> 50%

SMEs dissatisfied with their staffing agency: up to 100% of the hourly rate in commission for candidates who don’t show up either.

The résumé was invented for white-collar jobs

A résumé tells you where they worked. It doesn’t tell you if they’ll show up Monday. Djob-Index does.

Résumés, psychometric tests, interviews: all designed to evaluate offices, not shop floors. For an entry-level job, the only thing that matters is reliability — and Djob-Index measures it on the candidate’s real behaviour, the way a credit score measures payment history.

Break the loop

Fill the shift once, with the right person. No more sorting résumés that say nothing, no more back-to-back interviews for a labourer position: one score, one decision.

Cut the bill

$15 per candidate versus 50–100% of the hourly rate in agency commission. And every no-show avoided is a training, a posting and overtime you don’t pay twice.

Fill in days

Instant answer, in your ATS or on our portal. No 45-minute test to administer — entry-level candidates abandon those tests one time in three.

Impossible to embellish

A résumé gets inflated, an interview gets rehearsed. Djob-Index measures what the candidate actually does every day — regularity, punctuality, responsiveness — not what they say.

Zero effort for you. Zero tests for the candidate.

01

The worker installs the app

No test, no questionnaire. The analysis runs in the background, with explicit consent, from Day 0 — before the first shift.

02

Passive signals are measured

Sleep-cycle regularity, punctuality of movements, responsiveness to notifications, daily activity. Never the content of messages or calls.

03

The Index is calibrated in the field

Each signal is correlated with real ratings from warehouse and site managers on the Djob marketplace — our validation lab.

04

You check the score in one call

Integrated with your ATS or HCM, or via our portal. $15 per lookup when you fill the shift. The score belongs to the worker and follows them everywhere.

Target pricing

$15 to know. Thousands to learn it the hard way.

A single no-show avoided pays for dozens of lookups. No licence, no commission, no commitment. These prices are our launch hypotheses — tell us what it’s worth to your plant.

Score lookup

$15per lookup

Billed when you fill the shift, via API (ATS, HCM) or portal. If the candidate has no score, you trigger its production: 1 to 2 weeks.

Continuous monitoring

$2per employee, per month

Anonymized routine stability of your permanent workforce — an early signal of disengagement or burnout, before productivity drops.

Investors

The trust infrastructure layer the labour market is missing.

Djob already operates a temporary-labour marketplace in Quebec — a field lab that validates every signal against real manager ratings. Djob-Index is its Data-as-a-Service layer, distributed by API into existing HR ecosystems.

Interest list

Your next job posting could be the last one for that position.

Two minutes. Registered plants get priority access to pilots, a launch rate and a say in the first version.

Your data is only used to contact you about Djob-Index. Never sold, never shared. Privacy policy

Ethics and privacy

A tool your workers accept and your legal team approves. Explicit consent, minimal data, a score owned by the worker — nothing for you to manage.

All questions →

What data is collected?

Standard phone sensor signals: accelerometer, regularity of movements, screen usage, response to notifications. Never the content of messages, calls, photos or browsing.

Does the worker know?

Yes, always. Consent is explicit, revocable at any time, and the worker sees their own score. It’s their trust passport — they own it and carry it from one workplace to the next.

How is this different from a psychometric test?

Active tests (30–45 min) measure what the candidate says; 25–34% drop out before the end. Djob-Index measures what the candidate does, with no effort on their part, in real life.
