FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Djob-Index, concretely?
A behavioural reliability score for frontline jobs. Just as a credit score answers “will they repay?”, Djob-Index answers “will they show up, on time, and follow instructions?”.
What data is collected?
Standard phone sensor signals: accelerometer, regularity of movements, screen usage, response to notifications. Never the content of messages, calls, photos or browsing.
Does the worker know?
Yes, always. Consent is explicit, revocable at any time, and the worker sees their own score. It’s their trust passport — they own it and carry it from one workplace to the next.
How is this different from a psychometric test?
Active tests (30–45 min) measure what the candidate says; 25–34% drop out before the end. Djob-Index measures what the candidate does, with no effort on their part, in real life.
How much does it cost?
Target price: $15 per score lookup when you fill the shift, or $2 per employee per month for continuous monitoring of your permanent workforce. We’re looking to validate these prices with you.
Is it available now?
No. We’re gauging market interest and seeking pilot companies. Leave your email to be among the first to get access.
Is it legal and ethical?
The model rests on informed consent, data minimization and score portability by the worker. We’re working with legal advisors on compliance with Quebec’s Law 25 and GDPR.
